I keep seeing many designers needing support through their career and wanting a place to go to for advice. I get a lot of questions on how to get in and navigate the digital industry, what to learn and how to apply what they learnt practically to real client briefs. Many digital courses lack the real world application, and many designers need an objective and safe place to help navigate challenging situations in their digital career.
After 20+ years in the industry mentoring many individuals within my team, I’ve realised I’ve grown a real passion for mentoring, educating and helping designers grow their careers. I am now keen on extending this support to the broader digital design community, and helping build a group that can learn, support and grow together.
